Do you have the stock 99' ecm? I have a 2001, wonder if it will play nice?

I am wondering if you can just drill the hole slightly larger for the NNBS sensor?

I really would rather not do that. Much rather just cut and solder on the new pigtail if possible. Plus the hold down strap for the map is different on the nnbs.

I have the stock map sensor run off the small vacuum port on the side of the intake, all it has to do is see vacuum... I am running the 99 ecm.

Try a smaller oring on the sensor, i know the nbs style map is smaller but i tried the newer bosch style in my nbs intake and it fit quite snugly i might add, but i couldnt find a way i liked to get the nbs sensor to seal tight enough in the nnbs intake....

I am going to look for a spot and drill a hole the same size as my 01' intake. I'll use the other sensor in the front as a plug for the hole.

After a little more research, it looks like they changed to the newer style maps sensors (ones with the green o-ring) in 2009. The 2008 and older nnbs/tbss still uses the older style map sensor with the orange seal. I would "assume" the 2008 nnbs and 2009 nnbs still have the same ECU so I would "assume" the I should be able to cut of the nnbs map connector and then solder on the correct connector to my harness for the 2008 nnbs/tbss map.
