GMT800 TPMS p/n = 15114379
GMT900 TPMS p/n = 25799331

I'm not sure if it's the frequency (GMT900 = 315MHZ) or something else, but I understand (as well as mentioned above) that the two systems are incompatible.

I rotate every 5k, and take the opportunity to clean up the insides of the tires and wheels. At the same time I add ~ 7-8 psi (about 8 seconds with my compressor) to the tires. After remounting in the new locations, I kick off the process (it is different between '07 and '08, otherwise I'd share...basically, RTFM ) and remove air to earn my two honks at each corner. I then go around again once or twice to get the pressure just right...then, and only then...do I grab my nuts.

First take all the valve caps off...set parking brake...turn key to first click...press lock and unlock at the same time till horn honks...let out air of valve on DS FRT till horn honks (maybe 10sec)...after honk go to PS FRT and let air out till it honks...then go to PS REAR and let air out till horn honks...then go to DS REAR and let air out till horn honks twice...honk honk...system relearned
Next turn key to off and unlock parking brake...DONE
Now go check your air and adjust as needed

It literally took me longer to type this than it did to do the relearn.

You can do it thru the DIC, but your gonna have to read the manual for that

I've yet to set my parking brake for this. Could be an '08 thing, I suppose.

Why don't you just take the sensors out your current wheels? Just pay to have the them re-mounted and balanced. Should be cheaper than paying for new sensors

Other than breaking down the wheels and tires, how can you tell if you have tpms???

anyways the vehicles that have those are junk..i replaced 4-8 of those a day for the dealership here in town.

It's in the manual in your glove box.
That is really funny! Sometime I wonder what the hell the engineers are thinking. I have been with GM for almost 15 years in the dealership and have to do these procedures all the time. There is another just as ridiculous to program key fobs.

I'd just pay attention to your tires and check them when they look low'

I have a set of 315mhz sensors that are new. 1648539179, 25920615 are the numbers on them.

sell them cheap.
