torquer v2 in a 5.3?
Okay I have a 08 ecsb 5.3 with headers intake and 4:11s. I'm going to see tootall in the end of January for the cam swap. I'll be running a 4k plus stall and 28 in tall tires. What to expect ?? I want high numbers and have searched everywhere on the internet and people say either good or bad things.? Anybody. Running q bug cam 5.3??

there's others that are running bigger cams than it.
The big key to running that big of a cam is the heads with a set of headers. Aftermarket heads are a must, or run a smaller cam
You'll more than likely need injectors unless your truck is not already a flex fuel.

243s are much better vs the regular 5.3 heads, but they still need to be ported to flow around 300cfm on the intake side . . . . PRC sells a 5.3 head that's ported - it's their stage 2.5 head.
flex fuel motors come with bigger than stock injectors
you could run a TSP 228 and keep the stock heads.
The best all around cam for the 5.3 and stock heads is still the 220/220 cam. Or 224/224
