Oh, they definitely didn't charge me for it. I went in and asked them to describe their tire rotation procedure; they said rears to front, fronts to rears. I asked if they are supposed to keep them on the same side, and the tech said yes (I disagree, and I'm pretty sure I've seen otherwise in a Silverado owner's manual almost ten years ago). Then I informed him that they had failed to do a TPMS relearn on my truck, and he immediately apologized and ran off with the truck to get it done. He was gone maybe three minutes tops
