Hey guy's so I have been waiting to get this out there. I work for a Porsche race facility and have a huge background in Suspension tuning. This is what i do day inn and day out!
When I purchased my 07 new body style truck I wanted to have all the best goodies i could get from the factory as far as drive gear. 3:73's LSD but got stuck with the 4l60. We did a bunch of research on the suspension as far as factory anti-squat, body roll, and compression in the rear. I really hated how it would axle wrap even before i decided to turbo charge it. So we came out with a traction bar shakle style and ended up completely re-doing the shackle mounts and shackle's in the rear! WOW what a big difference now in hook-up! We plan to build these for anyone who is in need of some serious traction and let me tell you. I have been testing this whole setup now for 3 months towing our race car up and down the grapevine in california, racing it, ect. and it has yet to fail me do to our exstensive research!
Oh also were now building custom turbo kits for these trucks and wont have a website up for another month or two..... but i will say this.... sotck 5.3l with ar70 twin scroll on stock fuel pump at 8.5psi with tune by your number one factory trained porsche shop..... hahahaha 520rwhp!!!!

whats that traction kit cost? it sucks that it needs to have stuff welded onto the truck bc i domt own a welding machine and i rarely trust anyones welding.
i just wish caltracs wasnt so darn costly. im not having a huge problem with traction other than my G80 hating dig races bc it locks, unlocks, locks, then just won lock back up, by that time im shifting into 2nd an it just starts pulling.
those tires are do-able BUT i dont want to run on DRs all the time...i have yet to see a 125-250.00 17x12" rim or even a 17x10" that i actually like.

The rear shackle kit lowers the truck about an 1.5 in the rear and has anti-squat incorporated into the kit. That alone helps a significantly. The kit for the shackle's cost $175 with delrin bushings and all hardware. The traction bar does have to be welded but is way worth it considering the duties it performs. First just grabs like crazy with the right tire pressure and second is a jolt! The entire kit runs about $500 bonescompletely assembled except for the small pieces that need to be welded to the axle and crossmember! Email me at RSRMarketin.rfarler@gmail.com

Do you have a link? I don't see them @ his store... This would be like going from 3.42's to 3.73's considering my 22'' tires are 3'' taller... Good way to test before a gear/trutrac swap...
