At ~ 5k miles the engine had to be replaced due to oil pressure loss from unknown reasons. The truck had 18k miles on it as of last week and was continually in and out of service due to electrical gremlins. Truck wouldnt start reliably, radio presets wouldnt stay set, and transmission surged like a blown top fuel car at times. Needless to say I could never get the dealership to get it fixed so I traded. So, I took it in to a dealership that I do fleet business with and struck up a nice deal on the '12. And yes.....I took an *** whipping on depreciation of the other truck but that's how it goes.

Hopefully your new truck works out man. It's hard to believe that your '11 had so many problems! One of these day's I'll swing by on my way home from the rig!

Ouch. Honestly I'm surprised you didn't buy a Ford after that mess. I'd have trouble going back to the same company if they refused to stand behind their product to that extent. It sounds like your truck should have been lemoned out if they couldn't resolve the problem.
