Where is the transmission control module on a 2010 silverado? Don't you have to get it and the ecu tuned? I've noticed at work a module under the bed on the driver side when I've removed beds off these trucks but idk if that's it. Also if that's it looks like the only way to remove it is with the bed off.

 

on the 6 speed auto,it is located inside the transmission!!

 

I don't think it's 6 speed idk. It's my brother in laws truck I'm trying to put long tubes and a tune on it before he gets back from deployment.

 

If it is a 6 speed I guess a mail order tune is out of the question...?

 

Yeah it is 6 speed. I had my sis run through the gears manually
