No actually I do have an issue with the truck, I miss read what atomic said, I tried switching off the truck while fueling when I try starting it back again I have to crank it up twice or 3 times before it starts

But if the truck is off before the cap is removed you have NO issues whatsoever?

yeah thats the problem i have.. even if i turn my truck off.. fill it up and crank it up again it takes 1-2 times to start..

I have had somewhat of the same issue. If i leave it running while pumping gas, it wants to surge and almost die out. but it only does it like one time when i first start pumping gas. It has never given me a problem starting back up if i kill it before i put gas in it, just if i leave it running. and on top of that, its only done it to me when im below 1/4 tank. Not sure what it is to be honest....

Might be an evap thing, i mean these trucks can throw a code with a loose or faulty gas cap...
