Default tying to recover the jump seat?

so I got some SLE cloth covers to replace my vinyl and all went pretty smooth except the fold down portion of the jump seat. I cannot figure out how the plastic storage/cup holder part comes out? I have poked and pulled in every direction and it wont budge. Does this pull out? any ideas?

I'm pretty sure the top vinyl piece is glued to the plastic cubby area and then sewn to the rest of it. But I could be wrong.

The plastic is not attached the the vinyl I can tell that because I can pry them apart pretty easy...I just need to remove the plastic part to actually remove the vinyl from the whole thing.

well i got it apart by ripping the vinyl apart and ended up breaking 3 of the 4 tabs holding it down. But i got the new stuff installed. Even after taking it apart I'm not sure how you'd go about it without ripping the original off. The SLE cloth is much nicer...great upgrade.

I have a W/T reg cab with fabric seats. I have been considering doing this with leather from Katzkin. Have not been able to find any part numbers though.
