Check out the post above this one..... I have had a ballast go bad twice and both times their warranty process was slow as hell. Also every once in a while at start up only one headlight would come on. This happened at least once every 2 weeks. I finally just got fed up and tried kryptonbulbs based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldnt be happier.

Also, the lower end bulbs will tend to color shift a lot sooner than the high quality ones.

i have ddm 4500k in my truck (lowbeams only), they have been working perfectly for over 1.5 years now. i have had a set of their h4 5000k hi/low hid's in my 88 bmw for about 4 years now, no problems whatsoever.
