they can not hit 13s easy! unless you put it in a reg cab. Now with a s/c it's a whole new ballpark lol.

i am trying to make a trip to baytown this friday. I want to know what it runs so bad. But there is no doubt in my mind that if i ran a 14.8 without headers, that i can run 13.90's or 14 flat with headers and a much better tune.

Well my bro has a vho with bolt ons and it runs good but needs a tune, most people with that truck can hit 13's with his mods. But i didnt know if the nnbs ran as good because i figured they weighed quite a bit more.

The nnbs has 367 hp, and the old body style has 345 hp. I do think the old ones weigh less but the hp difference probably makes up for that. I am trying to go to the strip tomorrow. I will let you guys know what i run.

you were right on 14.3 at 95. But that was with low air pressure and still spinning. I launched it one time in 4wd and it had a 2.1 60 ft which was the same as a mid 12 vette. lol. but i hot lapped it and it ran a 14.4. If the motor was cold like on the good run and i would have launced it in 4wd and switched it to 2wd half way down the track it probably would have ran a 14.1 but not too far from 13.90's.

2.1 60ft in 4wd isn't good... not trying to give you **** for it, but that wont get you in the 13s.
