What was the weather temp? It will make a difference, but i dont think it would drop you down 3 tenths though. Still a good run for a 5500 brick lol.

it was 53 degrees and real humid. I did have a half tank of gas and i think that is why it weighed the same without the tailgate on as it did the last time with it on and almost no gas. I think gas weighs 5lbs per gallon and it was 13 gallons so that is about how much a tailgate weighs.

Dont take your tailgate off lol. Yeah drain your tank and put just enough to get you down the track. I would also get some nbs 16s or DRs. It crazy how much lighter wheels help. Have you dynoed your truck yet? Im hitting the rollers sunday.

I rolled 325 hp before the headers. and that was an 89 octane tune. so with headers and a 93 wheatley tune i bet i can roll 360 hp.

I use 91 Octane and average 15.5 city & 19-21 freeway....depends if I'm going 65mph or 75mph on the freeway

hey S10's are fast with motor swaps. Without them, well lets not go there!lol. none of us have done a motor swap. and i am getting 16 city and 22 highway now with the headers on!
