dealer called this morning, The custom duals i had done burnt through the rubber line because it was laying on the pipe. The place that did it is sending a mechanic over to look at it. Ill update when i hear something, this is the second problem ive had with them, the first was they didnt put any exhaust hangers on until back by the tips so the flex pipe cause the exhaust to bang on a crossmember

There is a flexjoint at the bolt-together connection at the front of the lead pipe to the muffler, even on the stock setup. My Magnaflow catback I installed uses the same style joint, but this is different than actual flexpipe a shop would use.
Sucks to hear about your brakes, but hopefully it is something the exhaust shop did and not a GM part failure that will result in a recall, etc.
I surely hope the brakes on my 07 last more than some of you are mentioning, part of the reason I traded my 04 was the horrible brakes, and it had only 24k miles on it.
