tbh most dealers will warranty it as with the economy they are not busy/making money, find another dealer and tehy will be happy to get the labor hours....

I worked at a dealer and we warranted many local trucks/gtos with extensive modification/non-normal damage....

your dealer was just a bitch

Thanks guys all your in put brings alot of weight off my shoulders. Now I just want to get it fixed and get my truck back!

I just warrantied a 4l80 that blew apart in the same situation. I appreciate a customer being honest and will do more for said person. Your dealer should have taken care of it. I would have. Hope you find a dealer that does. I definetly would call GM customer assistance and pitch a bitch.

So no warranty GM rep said that if the yoke had sheered do too a flaw in structure it would of been warrantied. Only gunna cost me a grand all said and done what ya'll figure?

rear end was fine so no changes there. 3.73's are stock in the old girl

I think it is a bunch of fukin bullsit, this actually makes me angry... Fukin low life dealers. That is the reason I never get a warranty on anything if it is offered, cause them **** will find away how it won't be covered...
