Default what else is needed?

Just bought a tr 220 on a 114 with the hardend pushrods and springs. what my question is, is there anything else i need to do the swap? i.e. lifters? i plan on getting the d.o.d turned off when i get it tuned if that helps with the answers on this.

There is a lot more to be done. Search the other threads about DOD Cams.

I read in another d.o.d cam swap thread that the stock lifters are only good to .500 lift..? tr220 has .551 lift, maybe you can get away with it.. Correct me if im wrong.

You will need a DOD elimination kit. Check out the one at Thunder Racing.

i will definitely be posting some pics from the install, however i got some more parts that i need to get before putting the cam in. im looking at some heads now, i think i might just port and polish my stock ones, if so will i need to get shorter pushrods or will the 7.4's still work? also has anyone done and intake swaps on here for the nnbs or should i just stick to getting a 90mm tb?
