What is my NNBS worth?

What is my NNBS worth?
Well my old man is interested in my truck and I am thinking about possibly selling it even though I've only owned it for a year and waiting for a 2014 NNNBS or possibly a FI NNBS.
Here is the truck and mods let me know what you think its worth
Black 2011 GMC Sierra Crew Cab All Terrain Z71
6.2L 6l80e 3.42 rear
27,xxx miles
Full warranty and i bought extended bumper to bumper to carry it out to 5yr/100k
Mods on truck today:
AFE CAI
ARH 1 7/8" LTs
4" mandrel cat back with 20" magnaflow muffler
4" QTP cutout
BBP tuned
Line X spray in bed liner
AstroFlex remote start
front & rear husky liner floor liners (interior)
Tinted front windows
DeZee bed rail caps
Access Roll up tonneu cover
Bug flector
Parts I had planned to install next weekend when i return hom
EPS VVT cam/phaser limiter
PAC 1518s
pushrods
SLP UDP & alternator pulley
ported 90mm TB
new tune
Wideband
related gaskets and bolts for swap
My guess is he would want to buy it without the cam installed to preserve warranty but would want the cam and parts for install closer to end of warranty. KBB says $29,500 ish. I bought it Jan 2012 for $31k before extended warranty, remote start install and bed liner and dealer did all those at that time. So what should i ask my old man, knowing im interested in selling, but dont need to and I really only would to get something faster and to get him out of his 2005. I don't plan to rip him off but i don't want to take a complete bath on the money spent on the mods either considering he would like everything on the truck now, (probably wouldnt put them on himself unless i pressured him).
Thanks in advance for any insight!

28,500 to 31 if hed go for it. I would wait a couple years before buying a newer truck. I'd hate to be the poor bastard that's making payments on a truck while gm's doing beta testing on the new platform and your dime. You can bet these new engines are going to have bugs until they get them ironed out.

[QUOTE=sand man;5059482]30k seams fare to me , its a 2-3 year old truck now
you didnt have to mention the Bug flector[/QUO
bugflectors are good for 5rwhp and 20 ft lbs of down force at 100mph. Gotta mention that!

I was kind of thinking of selling to hunt down a FI NNBS, I would like a gen V when like you said they have been out long enough to work out some of the issues. Ended up telling him $29k and we could discuss the cam stuff. He is thinking about it, we will see. Otherwise ill swap the cam, swap the stall realize its not fast enough and buy a top mount for it. Endless mondification is the key to happiness i think.
