Default 6.2L with superchargers what tires you running? 18" min

Im looking for tires and rims that can handle my Super Charged 6.2L droped 2/3. I have 18s now and was looking at a set of these 285/60-18 Kumho*Ecsta STX KL12
Or getting 20s and getting some real street tires. Im looking for summer only but ok for a daily driver that will see lots of rain.

SuperView of the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 295/40ZR20 there 29.5" tall
I dont want rims sticking out of the fenders and dont want it to rub. if I went with 20s these tires would require a 10" rim BFG prefers 10.5" what off set would i need?

I have 305/45/22, I'll have to double check the aspect ratio in a min, but in pretty sure that's it. Truck has a 0/3 drop.

Edit* it is a 45 series tire, so the size above is what I have.. I love the size because it actually looks like I have tires on the truck & not rubber bands.
