with my y-pipe it didnt clear the 6l80e trans x-member very well, I had to trim a corner off it. and like three6gmc said, the ball flange didnt meet up very well...the angle was off a touch.
about 4 months later I ended up switching to v-band clamp connections and making a whole new y pipe with mandrel bends
