It would be a LOT higher too if the engine was E85 only instead of dual fuel. If the SCR was raised to around 14:1 and a cam ground to use it.... LOOK OUT these things would fly!

LOL well i agree with the accessibility of the fuel, but not the mileage. Tuned and set up properly for E85 only you could rival current mileage, maybe even better it. Less specific gravity sure but a hella lot higher octane, so you should be able to squeeze it out further with less so to speak

Ethanol carries less energy per gallon than gasoline (72%), so what you are saying is impossible. A well-tuned E85 engine could certainly rival a rich gas setup for efficiency, but both engines tuned to maximum efficiency will find the gasoline engine ahead by a noticeable margin.
