Default 6.2L forged build or stroke it?

going to build up a 6.2L w/ forged internals so i can add a little more boost.
prolly 12-15# max

whipple 3.0L

mostly spirited daily driving w/ some racing

figured i am already inside messing around, is it worth stroking up to 416?
as that is most i can do w/o having to change out & do lots of work w/ upgrading the sleeves, from my light research

or just build up & keep stock displacement 6.2L / 376? {this would save $$, as i could keep stock forged crank}

i'll stay pump 93(not planning on e85)
considering LT4 injectors & HPFP (may bump up to big bore, to have a little room to grow, so to speak)

I mean if I was already in there I would be stroking it. It is really dependent on you and your goals and cash

It is only a matter of money. If you got it, then spend it.

What are your power goals and budget? You may not really need to stroke it. You are already going to almost doubling your NA power at that boost pressure.

If it was a turbo setup, I would just say save the stroker and add more boost pressure. On a SC, isn't there like different pulleys you can swap? That's still going to be cheaper than a stoker kit rotating assembly.

up to a 416, it's something in the neighborhood of $1500--3000 (depending on crankshaft)

yes, many diff pulleys to chg on whipple
can even overdrive it w/ harmonic balancer

i'm thinking about 600-ish (+/-) rwhp on 6-7# would be good for now.

Stroke it so it’s not just another 6.2 with boost.
