Overall though do we know what the major differences are compared to the current 6.2l?
What i "heard" was:
1. Intake
2. Direct port injection - Not sure if this somehow modifys a l92 head or what?
3.Tuning
So with that said, probably same or near 10.5:1 compression, same crank, rods, pistons, block, VVT cam, 87mm TB, l92 heads (Not a diesel guy or a guy with gasoline direct port injection knowledge so i be clueless).

I can't wait to see how the 14 runs with the 6.2. I'm thinking the 14 is pretty heavy after watching the test of the 14/5.3 truck and it's pathetic 8.78 sec 0-60. It appears it is slower than the 2013 truck. My 13/6.2 had a 6.09 0-60 stock.

My guess is even less usable torque than the current generation, even more rev happy, more advertised horsepower and even slower than the current trucks already are. Pathetic.
