Default HID's?

so im not gonna lie, im already getting the mod bug for my 2014, and it hasn't even hit 100 miles yet . first thing I want to do is get rid of all the halogen bulbs. I hate yellow lighting. not to knock the lighting in the new heads there light years beyond the last gen trucks. im looking for a slim style of ballast but something that's not made cheap and is going to give me grief a year or two down the road. my last set of hids made by Morimoto and they were bricks. im trying to stay away from that this time around. also looking at a 35w setup since ive heard/read on other forums that 55w are melting the stock projector lens. any help or advice fellas would be great. oh also looking for a stock replacement bulb for the fogs. been reading that leds look good just don't produce enough light. any thoughts on that subject as well.

thank.

Please don't put HID's in a Halogen housing...hate people that do that, blinds everyone. Do it right and put them in Projectors.

DDM has a good price:quality record
and are you saying 55W are melting stock projectors in the new trucks? i've heard of some halogen front lenses doing that in the past, but who knows? i have stock 01-06 Denali lights in mine and wish i did 55W instead of 35 - guys run them all the time with no issues

Sweet!!! Very cool!! I didn't know that you had the Sierra. I'm was excited when I saw the 2014 Sierra because of the projectors, however I didn't know that they are still using halogen bulbs, that's kinda lame. But I guess one step at a time.

Ya don't get me wrong light output on these bad boys are awesome. But with such a classy truck it just needs a crisp white light.
