Still have my old truck. Had it for 15 yrs. thought I was due for a new one. Lol. Love these new 2014s. Night and day difference. Crazy how the technology has changed over the years. Couldn't decide between a SLT or LTZ. Brought both home. Fell in love with the chevy. Wasn't feeling it with the SLT. Thought I was going to like the sierra better.

 

Good looking truck! Both of them. Mine is going on 13 years old, had for 10 years myself. I'm a believer in if you take care of it, it will take care of you.

 

LOVE that color! i looked high and low locally to find a reg cab 5.3 in that color

Thanks guys. Love the color too. Never thought it would be my first choice, but after seeing the chrome wheels, door handles, and nerf bars against that color, I couldn't imagine having anything else.

 

I think my sierra is that color, hard to tell. One thing didn't realize with chrome handles is that can't ever use the doors without gettting fingerprints on them.

 

Ya, you probably have iridium metallic if your gmc is dark grey.

Chevy's dark grey is tungsten metallic. Not sure how the two compare next to each other. I'm sure they are different, but from afar, dark grey is dark grey

I know what you mean about the finger prints. My last truck had the black plastic handles both inside and out. I notice finger prints on both sets of handles. Oh well. I might have to get a pair of those white gloves that guy uses to carry around the Stanley cup. Lol
