My '11 would shut off manually with the button but as soon as you started having fun it would ding, raise hell, and kick back on... not a reassuring sign considering I don't want it kicking on mid-slide and tossing me in a direction I don't want to go.

My 09 would make sounds like old school relays clicking under the dash but never did anything.. then again I wasn't doing donuts. My 05/04/03 trio is a lot more fun.... can do whatever however wherever... the only notable thing is if one tire locks with the brake on the back the whole rear end does on my 05 because of the Detroit... but its so momentary its nothing.

I just put a deposit on a '14 Denali 6.2 without driving one. I expect to take delivery December 27. I'm coming from and '11 6.2 so it can't be too far from that one.

You get 3.42 gears I'm guessing? I have a '11 6.2 myself and I've drove the new 6.2, very very impressed! I think u will be really surprised! If you don't mind me asking, what are the denali's price where you are?

I wanna say MSRP was around $54, but I use Supplier pricing - rebates got it down to 47ish

This is what happens to me also. It says its off, but when kicking it out and driving through the slide, it still kills power or whatever to straighten out. No fun.
I'm just gonna make a harness with a switch to plug into the fuses. Just like pulling fuses, but without popping the hood. This will happen when I get free time-so maybe in 2016.
