I'd start with a tune, air intake, and exhaust. Just keep searching on the site.

From what I hear Nelson does an excellent job with his tunes. I have a Wait4me tune and love it. But yeah, a mail order tune will do good. If you can get a tune done first hand in person it would better.

Since you're located in TX, I'd go w/ a street tune from Nelson.

...and since it's a 00, I'd have him do an 02 PCM for ya. If you do a search, you'll find a wealth of info about the benefits of upgrading the 99-00 PCM to an 02
