how does what respond from 0?? cam/converter... if so...then great... given me a best of 1.62 60ft...cam pulls harder uptop rather then down low... i love it.. but since i've modded it some more... that 228/228 is coming out, going another route.
Was that 1.62 60' on motor or with the help of juice Bobby?
Go with the 220, can't go wrong with it... That's a proven cam on 5.3"

Like cuerva said, the 220 is a proven cam, will be even better with a bigger stall.. Or hit in the middle with somthing in the 224 range

220 cam is EXACTLY what you need. Just so happens I have one for sale. Just posted up in the GM parts for sale section. $175 plus shipping.

I have tried out 3 cams this year and every time I keep going smaller and the power and ET's stay almost the same but with better drivability. Cams I tested were 239 251 112 lsa, 235 239 110 lsa, and 226 230 114 lsa and ET's on the first 2 were almost identical for all motor. I would take the 220 220 over the bigger cams in your set-up.

It was on the juice... I've increased compression on my 5.3 so therefore m getting rid of the 228 n going another route... Amadeos best 60ft. On his 5.3 on a 150 Was a best of 1.6x when he hit that 11.2..
