Default 220/224 – 580/581 – 115 cam install

just got back from allens....what a day!!!!
strapped the av down to the superflow dyno to get a base run and got to 317 hp and 417 tq at 4800 and twisted the drive shaft into.....
went and got another one...alot more beefier....
installed the cam and strapped it down to a whopping 409 hp and 430 tq...with allens tuning i might add
tq came in at 2000-2100 and stayed up over 400 thru the pull
the 3.1 pulley was reading at 7-8 psi of boost...

I knew after the fact I should have gone with a bigger blower cam. That just proves it.

how do you like the blower compared to the turbo...even though it was in two different trucks.

with this cam in there it runs like the turbo did mid range and up top...now the truck feels way better than the turbo ever did since the boost is instant and the truck weighs slightly less then the other...i get straight into the 400 tq range right off the line and hold it all the way thru the rpm range...talk about a flat line!!!

Great numbers. Is that with a 5.3l? What RPM did the HP peak?
