comp cams XER 220/224 581/581 115 lsa....comp harden push rods and 918 springs....5.3 stock motor,magnaflow hd aft cat system , 3.1 radix pulley,42# injectors,7-8 lbs of boost, stock 17" tires,2005 chevy avalanche 1500,allen nelsons bad *** tuning,allens superflow dyno...took him and his brother almost 3 1/2 hrs to install the cam,push rods and springs...

yes a 5.3.....our final pull was to 6400 and it peaked right there at 409 hp and flat lined for about 200 rpms and we got out of it...tq got up over 400 right at the begining of the run and stayed up their thru out the whole run..very impressive to say the least...

hehe..im having a fit over here....my son is getting married saturday....we ( as in a whole bunch of us) want to go for a night out to the edinburg track ( kinda like a bachlor party thing) friday night and they( as in the girls) have set the rehersal and dinner for late into the evening

idle is good...he tuned the rpm's up a bit but it idled ok without tuning...it has a lope without the ac turned on and in park....it is deffinetly stronger since the dyno and tune...power is awsome all the way to ...well i get out of it at 120 and it's still pulling hard....best thing yet is that the mpg has not changed...20.5 driving home from allens 3 hrs and just today driving 65 miles to work netted 20.5 so im completly satisfied....the only time it suffers is when i get froggy with it and supprise others on the hiway ...completly stealth to say the least
