Well if you hand the laptop to someone who has no clue what they are doin then yes it will never idle right or startup right,but I know Slowhawk has done much more radical setups.

alot of customers that put this cam in usually tell me where they want it to shift.Some were wanting towards 7 grand!!
Personally 6600 but I do not like going much more than that on stock rods bolts but I will if wanted!!Stock rod bolts will handle it of course and sometimes not fail for along time,but it is not the smartest!!

yeah i plan on having don slowhawk tune it even though ive got a black bear tune right now just for the fact i want a live tune done on a chassis dyno to get things perfect and the way i want plus i want to see what it makes for RWHP

I think a 3600 stall would be good for the street, but you might want something looser for the track.

yeah will see what happens i might send it out and have it restalled to a 4000 i was going to do that but changed my mind

yeah i know but i havent made my mind up if i still wanta have yank restall it to a 4000


oh i just ordered my springs and pushrods i ended up going with the pac 1218s and comp 7.400 pushrods

running a 13.2 w/ a 3600 stall w/ that cam on a 114lsa.

Not hard to tune after i knew what i was doing, lol.

13.2@99 w/ 1.8 60ft. if i stop spinning, should be better one day.

But Blackgmc's cam makes more sense if you think about it. Just a better grind for these motors. Tr224 is a fun cam too tho.

thanks for chiming in yeah i think ill be fine like i stated before i am going to have slowhawk tune it for me on the dyno he doesnt seem to think ill have a problem
