rhino what cam were you thinkin of?
My main concern is the reverse split with nitrous. This is actually going ot be closing hte intake valve later then say a 228/230. Which will be nitrous will still be coming into the cylinder but wont actually be able to all come out. In my mind that can only end up leading to something bad. I know I know SO SMALL amounts but its just my thinking. Can anyone set me straight?

Reverse splits just don't run like the standard split cams with spray. Reverse splits maintain high cylinder pressures at higher rpms and that can lead to detonation. On average I see the happiest engines run with 6-8º of split favoring the exhaust. Balancing pressure in the cylinder can be a difficult task. The valve events are very important. Choose wisely or it gets expensive.
Just a couple of cents worth of idle thoughts.........

IVe always herd reverse splits were on ly good on turbo's. But then rgvsierra is showing that n/a it is also good.
Never actually seen a nitrous setup perform to my liking with reverse splits but then agian i havnt looked either.
Back to the 228-234(or 236) or possibly the tsp 231/237
Going to probably go iwth 110-112 with no advance if possible.
He richard I did buy a set of ls6 heads!! Going to be calling you b ack later this week to see bout getting some springs from you.
