4.6 trick flow top end kit

im building a 4.6 for my 98 f150 and i was wondering if any one else has ran a trick flow top end kit and if so how much did it help? i was thinkin about getting the 38cc combustion chamber heads

I dont know that much about Ford small blocks, what kind of pistons are you using with those 38cc heads? Are u going for super high compression?
