Default 4032 vs 2618

Since there are now off the shelf forged 5.3 pistons offered by Weisco, I figured there would eventually be a few people on here interested in building a forged 5.3. The catch is the pistons are 2618 alloy, which according to some doesn't last long but can take a beating, compared to the 4032's which are weaker but last longer and more ideal for a street vehicle. I searched on here can came up with "One is noisier than the other" ...I did some searching on tech to see how 2618's would hold up in a daily driven street vehicle and found this thread, Kurt from W2W and Brian Nutter from Weisco discuss their opinions on 4032 compared to 2618.

Well anyways I figured that would be a decent thread for someone to read if they are newer to building and interested in building a FI engine. What are your opinions on the 2? I know there's quite a few people on here with forged engines
