Stick to 6.0 or 6.2. Or 6.1

That blower is way to small for those cubes rather alone a 4" stroke motor

George, how is that possibly when that blower comes on an LSA which is 6.2 correct? Guys are making ovr 700 HP/tq with that blower, meth, bigger pumps and I injectors ( I'm a member over there as well) granted the ctsv's are lighter than an SUV. It's still comparable to a TVS 1900 is it not? Excuse my ignorance, but I'm a little lacking when it comes to truck performance, but I'm no dummy when it comes to tuning and race engines when a dyno is involved. Worked alongside Greg banish for several years...

Technically as long as the blower can outflow the engine NA it will make boost, doesnt mean its worthwhile though. I ran a tvs1900 on a 408 and it made about 7-8psi with a tiny pulley. A lot of guys wouldnt find that boost level worthwhile.

700 isnt alot power especially how they need to be pullied...you have 2300s on less psi on a 6.2 making more then that

A 400 cube should be 3.x to 4.x to be worth a damn

A 1900 blower imho is better suited for 5.3-5.7

I completely understand, but im only looking to make 550hp/tq right now and didnt want to rely on just the blower to get me there. I dotn want my engine to be a dog without boost.

Seeing some of your guys impressive builds, what route should i take using the 6.0 and lsa blower.

in a perfect world for you I would likely have gone cathedral, but I think I would rather see you with heads that are made for the blower.

if you were debating a 6.2 thats a pretty cool option as the heads will appreciate the bore.

I don't regret building my 408 at all. after 5500km on it I had the heads off during a head upgrade and I will admit that my cylinder walls do have more wear then my old 6l.
but I normally pull the motor every year or 2 to get it looked at and freshened if it needs it.
