The 420 is DONE!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm, how can I check it without the motor dying on me with the massive vacuum leak its going to have when I pull the brake booster hose off? I guess I should start by pulling the hose off the back of the intake and putting my finger over it and see if its pulling vacuum, then if it is throw the hose of a buddys truck on mine and see if that cures it. Before this is all said and done I might just have to convert to hydraboost sooner then I was planning

Wow! That truck sounds great Cody. A couple of miles of driving and the smoke should burn out of the pipes and exhaust system.
I like your guages. Very cool on the eyes.
If your pedal goes to the floor when the engine is off, you have no hydraulic pressure in the brake system. More than likely you have an air bubble in the system but a bad master cylinder could also be the culprit. I'd be suprised if your booster quit working from sitting, but I supppose anything is possible.
If your pedal goes halfway down before it gets firm, then you've lost either front or rear brakes but not both. You mentioned a leaky banjo fitting and that's probably where the air entered the system. Try bleeding that caliper first and see if you don't get a better pedal. I would suggest trying to firm up the brake pedal before you change out the pads and fluid just to be sure you nail the problem.
Thanks for the Rex clip.

Thanks Richard, alot of the smoke is actually condensate if you noticed the ground is wet, its humid as hell since its been raining all day. You can kinda see when the "smoke" goes from a blue tint back to a greyish color thats the condensate. Im going to see if I can talk James in to coming over tomorrow night and helping me bleed the brakes. The master cylinder was LOW, it took about 12oz to get it close to the max line.

Just get it running and head to Pensacola. The track at Holt will help you break it in.
