454LSx or supercharger?

Now its like saying all those things are required if your gonna put a Whipple on a truck. Meanwhile we all know theres lots of 100 or 200 additional horsepower trucks running around with stock trans and rear and fuel system with the exception of 72lb injectors etc.
Theres a 427 rotating assembly on tsp for $2470. Sure its not top of the line stuff. But the guts in some of our builds are stock and holding up to 600+ hp.
It looks like its possible to build a budget 427 or 454 from all my browsing today. Just if its worth it over slapping on a Whipple. If i could attain 450 RWHP with either approach for similar money is all i was wondering. The HD 6L90E driveline eats up a bit of power so...
But a big litre NA build would be so neat.

That is the sucker you in price...youll have far more into it then they first list...I know i ordered from TSP
