It totally doable. BUT you would have to do some serious research and it may end up afairly large cam to get those peak numbers and maybe not the fastest cam for the combo due to a loss of avg. power.
I did 345rwhp through a 4L80E and 4wd T-Case. This was with 10.8:1 CR, GTP heads off my old T/A, 226 cam and every other bolt-on but on the stock manifold.

Seems the HO engines are putting out a bit more and do quite well with bolt-ons. They are getting #s that most of us had to install cams to get lol
