You can get a close approximation by reverse calculation with knowns. If you know your factory static compression, head chamber volume, gasket thickness and camshaft specs, then you can use one of the several compression calculators to get the unknown piston volume.

Thanks i'll try that. I never thought about removing the one piece of info that I didn't know and continuing with the known parameters
