A 6.0L block with a 4.8L crank would create a 328.5351929 which in common math rounds to a 329. That's no 327...

the 4.8's stroke is like only .02" longer than the old 327.

started digging earlier tonight and found an older Car Craft that had a 5.3 build in it. They added some cnc LPE heads, good size cam, pushrods, 30# injectors, 1 3/4 headers, a fast lsx intake, 78mm tb and it made 458/392 on the dyno. I'm think something close to this build with addition of an electric water pump, underdrive pulley, arp bolts throughout and a ZEX 150 shot. Should put a 2900# chevy II well into the low 10's. Oh what fun I'll having street racing.
