Default 5.3l and 4.8 block question?

is the 5.3 block and the 4.8L. block is the same block can i put in a 5.3 crank in the 4.8 block and bore it out to a 347 with 3.905 bore with forged pistons for FI and will work fine with no problems. And is the wheel in the back of the crank with the same part number is the same as all the cranks with the same part numbers it will have the same teeth on them.

Only the new 5.3 L33 blocks are aluminum. The Iron blocks from 99 to present are identical and cast with 4.8/5.3 on them.
