I'm using yellow ls6 springs. my cam is also 567. lift. no problems at all

There are some of the Thunder Racing cams that have very agressive ramp rates. The TR224 isn't one of their more agressive cams.

Well this is some good info here, fellas. Thanks a lot. Looks like I'll be searching for a set of LS6 springs, which excites me because it saves me at least $100 over the 918s.
