I have heard .040" over, but less is better. What is the condition of your cylinders right now?

My block sonic tested just fine for a 4.04 bore. The 4.1" stroke is what caused alot of my problems with an improper piston design thanks to JE

It would be cheaper to get another 6.0 block and have it bored.

If that is the case, why dont you just get a new piston, block and have it machined. It would probably still be cheaper and i know you have to have some hookups.
