Default 6.0 Build - Pistons

What are people running these days for stock replacements for an engine that wont be boosted or sprayed?

Yea if your just going to be n/a, then find some oem forged pistons that will fit what compression ratio you are shooting for.

I picked up a 6.0 with cracked piston for $100 bucks. Its going into my suburban which is driven by my wife. I had all the machine work done by a client who owed me money so its a good investment to me to just do a stock rebuild and put it into my suburban to replace the smoking 5.3 in it.

Most people around here just use forged pistons. I was not sure if many people were using stuff like sealed power etc. I havent used sealed power since my 350 days.

I broke a piston in my 5.3, and replaced just that one piston with a new one from GM. Ballin on a budget!
