At the 11.3:1 compression you should be able to pull it off. Tuning is going to be important, but I doubt a dyno tune is going to be the solution. Dyno tuning is done at wide open commonly. Unless you're towing at wide open only you're going to need some street tuning also.

With a wide band or could it be done without the wideband? Would it be possible to get a base tune on the dyno and fine tune it one the street?

Yes you'll need a wideband and yes you can dyno tune it with street tuning to fine tune it.

I am going to get the CR down to 10.9 or 11-1 so it won't be quite so bad. I figured since the TBSS runs 10.9 stock I should be able to run that with no problems.

The 862's came on the 5.3L and the 4.8L.

The compression at 11.3:1 isn't going to be much different than 10.9:1.

Hmm, that was on a 112 so I wonder what it would do with a 22 inch Magnflow? That is what my wife's Yukon has. How does the stock TC like that cam? What rear gears does it have?

I'm planning to put a Corsa Touring system on it in the spring. The stock converter works fine in it. I've never been hard on it from a stop. By the time I took out the open diff and put in a Gov-Lock it was winter time.

I will likely duplicate your build since I will have a LQ4 and my wife's truck has those heads on it. How would LS2 pistons affect it? I was going to use them in my 6.0 but the cr would be too high so I just ordered some LQ4s and have a set of LS2 pistons available
