I did not know it was already in. I am glad you like the difference with it. Some do not like the loss of low end torque. Just looking out for ya.
I see you got around the accessory mods by going for the complete change over. Nice
Good work, and good luck
The accessory changes started with my truck WP started leaking and I swapped in the old F-body pump (off my car) I had. That was followed 2 months later by my PS pump burning up. At that point, because I had every bracket needed laying around anyways, I just went ahead and changed over fully. That seems to be how most things go with me. I have something I think would be good to do, but try to wait till I'm spurred to. Even the T56 swap that is going on is partially due to my 4L60 dying (it's been occasionally refusing to shift into 4th for almost 6 months now).
Regardless, thanks for mentioning the known issues of the LS1 (in case I hadn't known).

see the cam in my sig... it is a 108+2, on the dyno it kept pulling past 6700... But the midrange is far better than the previous cams i have had 220 114+4 and 222/224 112+2...
How do you Like the new Grind? was the lift close to the same on your previous cams? say between .580-.600
