806 heads with 7.4's on 02 5.3??

806 heads with 7.4's on 02 5.3??
ok guys so I found some 806 head's while searching for 243's , still not 100 percent sure on getting heads since I have other issues but its on the table to get since I found them for what I consider a good price. used heads always make me worry though. anyways I know Ill have to have them milled .030" to get back to 61cc from the 64cc, but was wondering what yall's thoughts, opinions, and advice would be far as getting these?? and would the 7.4's work since Im still on stock cam??
heres some info they have on them
PORTED LS1 HEADS WITH POLISHED VALVES BRAND NEW COMP CAM HARDENED 7.400" PUSH RODS SET OF VALVE COVERS AND COILS.
WILL WORK WITH 97-2004 LS BASED MOTORS CASTING NUMBER IS 806 (COMES WITH VALVE COVERS AND COILS TO ADAPT FOR 99 UP CARS)
SOME SPEC THAT I KNOW
64CC (10.5 TO 1 COMP ON LS1 VS STOCK 10 TO 1)
FLOW 287 CFM @.600 LIFT INTAKE (STOCK 243 FLOW 250-260)
FLOW 208 CFM @.600 EXHAUST (243 FLOW 180)
HEADS WERE NEVER USED SINCE PORTING AND ARE READY TO USE SURFACED AND VALVE JOB DONE.
HEADS WERE PORTED BY PERFORMANCE SHOP NOT DIY!!!
