well ive searched and read for a while and cant really seem to find what im looking for. i may have over looked it. not sure. but my truck has 862 heads, and im wondering if itd be better to run the 243 heads or have my heads worked on?? what kind of gains could i expect if i swaped heads??? and would i need a tune if i did? .
