Default About to order cam, final thoughts/opinions on setup

I'm about to pull the trigger on my cam. Here's alist of current mods and mods I'll be doing at the time of the cam swap. What do you guys think about this setup and which of the two cams listed below would you guys recommend?
Its my dd, and i tow a bass boat, and haul a harley. I want power from idle to about 6200-6300. I dont wanna lose much low-end. I like a lopey idle

Current:
2005 GMC rcsb
LQ9 4L60E 3:73
LT's, dual 2.5" exhaust, Volant CAI,
corvette servo, billet 4th servo,
160* thermo, tune, plugs/wires
full stereo

Mods at cam swap:
212/218 hi lift on 112 lsa or tsp220/200-112
Springs/rods
stock 243 heads
8.1L marine injectors
and if im lucky at xmas, a CircleD tb stall

To not lose any low-end, and keep your stock towing capabilities, I'd go with a stock converter and the 212/218.

212/218 may not give u the idle your looking for. it needs a tighter lsa. mill the 243s and try to bump up compression. That will help low end alot if u go with the higher end cams.

I've swapped both cams before

here's the 212/218 522 529 -112 +2 (low lift)
https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=448291

Ap2002 had the high lift on a 112 for a long time.

the TSP 220 will be more aggressive, but better with a TB stall

I've had the 220 in my 4.8 with the stock stall, and did whatever . . . pulled a boat, or hauled gravel or mulch.

Your sig indicates that you have an LQ9, that being said I would think that you could go bigger than the 212/218. I think that the 220 cam would be in the ballpark for what you want.
