I got the Patriot heads and cam 2 years ago and with a few other mods added about 100hp to a 5.3 that was 265hp stock. The heads came with 2.02 intake valves and 1.57 exhaust valves. the springs are rated for.650 lift. The cam is 226/226 duration .585/.585 lift with 112LSA. They don't use this cam anymore and have gone to a split duration /lift cam which has a little more lift & duration on the exhaust side and a little wider LSA which I believe will broaden the power band. I kept the factory 5.3 heads that I had to maybe get them reworked 1 day.
