Default another cam ?

Well I'm thinlinking of doing a cam on my truck. Question is, if I upgrade my cam to something mild, what kind of mpg change will I see? from guys with cam upgrades did you see a large decrease in your mpg's? My other question is, what size would you recommned for a dd? I have a 04 sss awd with cai, tbtc, billet servos and shift kit (tranny done my the toy shop), to be installed here shortly pacesetters lt, 160* thermostat, 05 electric fans and custome tune.

thanks guys for your help, cesar

id say that cam is a little large???? its def to big for his tbtc. i run a tr224 112lsa w/ my tbtc and they seem to work good together. dont forget youll def need some tuning(zippy ftw). also watch what lift you get, i run a .581 so i have 918s($200) if you go w/ somthing around .560 you could run the ls6 springs($60). fyi im no expert just passing on advice i received.
