Default ARP main studs & windage

I have ARP studs for my mains, what kind of nuts did you guys use to hold on the windage tray? They seem to be oddball threads.

should be just a standard 3/8 nut. I spoke with ARP about it and they are nothing special, so some from home depot will be fine.

I found my thread checker and the nuts needed are M10x1.25 This is an unusual thread cut for the stud size and I'll have to wait till Monday to find these in town. The usual hardware stores don't stock it.

I found the nuts at an automotive supply house today and they are indeed M10x1.25. I got the flange type with the locking pattern on the flat.

Has anyone ever used one of these?:
